Identification documents
Guests are obliged to present valid identification documents such as passports and other documents, which are necessary for travel and registration. If the guest are not able to present their identification documents, check-in may be denied. The host Hamberger & Co. d.n.o is not responsible for acquiring and the safety of identification documents.
Wi-Fi
The use of wi-fi is free of charge. It is prohibited to transfer vast amounts of data, which could impact the quality of the connection.
Pets
Pets are not allowed.
Smoking
Smoking in all the facilites (closed spaces) of Glamping with a view is prohibited. Smoking is allowed on outside surfaces.
Parking
Guests can use the outdoor parking space free of charge. Glamping with a view does not take responsibility for the safety of the vehicle, possible damage or stolen items.
Damage and theft
Hamberger & Co. d.n.o reserves the right to charge the guest for any damaged caused or stolen items.
Inappropriate conduct
For any inaproppriate conduct leading to damaged property or costs (e.g. due to noise complaints), the host reserves the right to charge the guest in the amount of repair costs or otherwise.
Denunciation of responsibility
Guests assume responsibility and relieve the host and glamping staff of any liability, claims, lawsuits, damages, costs and / or expenses that may arise from or are in any way related to the guest’s use of the glamping hut, kitchen, bathroom, outdoor-whirlpool, …. Guests understand and acknowledge that this disclaimer also includes lawsuits for negligence and / or acts or omissions of glamping and glamping staff. Accordingly, prior notice is given here.
The host Hamberger & Co. d.n.o is in no case liable in the event that the guest acts in contravention of the rules and regulations and does not take responsibility for the consequences of weather conditions, extreme weather events or any insect bites.
Local law
Guests are solely responsible for knowing an obeying the local laws at the place of the accommodation. The staff of Glamping with a view is not responsible for informing or issuing warnings in regard to the local laws at the accommodation site.
Slovenian laws apply to these terms and conditions.
Personal property
The host only vouches for the items the guest brought with him, if the damage derives from the infringement of duty of glamping staff.
Terms and conditions – reservations
Contract partners are the host Hamberger & Co. d.n.o and the guest. If the order was placed for the guest by a third party, then on the basis of a joint and solidarity guarantee, the third party together with the guest guarantees to the host Hamberger & Co. d.n.o for all obligations under this contract.
Concluding a contract
Guests make an enquiry via the online booking system. The host, Hamberger & Co. d.n.o., sends an offer to the guest. The contract is concluded when Hamberger & Co. receives payment of the agreed amount (deposit) from the guest and Hamberger & Co. sends a booking confirmation to the guest. The guest is deemed to have accepted the Terms and Conditions in full.
Sending an offer without payment of the deposit does not mean that the accommodation has been reserved.
The guest must pay the amount of the deposit within 48 hours of obtaining the offer to the bank account of Hamberger & Co. The remaining amount is due upon arrival.
Upon payment, guests will receive a booking confirmation that guarantees their stay at Glamping with a view.
Legal provisions
Hamberger & co. d.n.o will use due diligence in the design of the website to try to ensure the accuracy and timeliness of the information on its website, but does not assume any responsibility for its accuracy and completeness. All users use the published content at their own risk. Neither Hamberger & co. d.n.o., nor any other legal or natural person involved in the creation and production of this website, shall be liable for any damages arising from access to, use of or inability to use the information on this website for any errors or omissions in its content. Hamberger & co. d.n.o is not responsible for offers published on other portals, websites, agencies, partners, etc. with which a cooperation agreement has not been signed.
Hamberger & co. reserves the right to change the content of the website at any time, in any way and for any reason without prior notice. In doing so, it assumes no responsibility for any consequences of such changes.

Reservation
Reservations are possible in written form to the e-mail address info@glamping-slo.si.
Only the inquiry or our offer is not considered a confirmed reservation, as the essential condition for the validity of the reservation is our confirmation of your request and payment of the deposit in accordance with the stated general terms and conditions. In the event that we do not confirm your inquiry or receive payment, it is considered that the reservation has never been ordered. We may use your information to further communicate with you.
Fees and other charges
The tourist tax together with the promotional tax for an overnight stay for an adult is € 1.5 per day.
In the event that the person liable to pay the tourist tax together with the promotional tax is entitled to a payment of 50% percent (e.g. children aged 7 to 18 years of age), it amounts to € 0.75 for an overnight stay per person per day.
Children up to 7 years of age are exempt from paying the tourist and promotional tax. years of age and persons from paragraph 27. Article ZSRT. Tourist and promotional tax areo not subjects of VAT on the basis of 6c. paragraph 36. Article ZDDV-1.
Tourist tax together with promotional tax is not included in the price for the night.
Reservation change (does not include cancellation)
Changes to the reservation are only possible in written form, at least 14 days before arrival at the e-mail address info@glamping-slo.si. Changes are subject to availability.
For changes in the reservation received at least 14 days before the trip, the difference in price is paid, if the change in the reservation is for another (more expensive) season. We reserve the right to charge additional costs in the amount of 20% of the final price of the reservation.
All required changes to reservations and any other changes must be approved in written form by a representative of Hamberger & co. d.n.o via the e-mail address info@glamping-slo.si.
CANCELLATION OF RESERVATION
Cancellation costs depend on when Hamberger & co. d.n.o receives notice of cancellation.
Cancellation is only possible in written form to the email address info@glamping-slo.si.
Costs in case of cancellation
The customer has the right to cancel the rental of the Glamping hut in written form, regardless of the reason.
In this case, the landlord is entitled to reimbursement. The amount of the reimbursement depends on the time in which the guest gave notice.
- up to 30 days before arrival: FREE CANCELLATION
- from 30 days before arrival to the day of arrival: no refund of costs caused
- If the client leaves the apartment early, the costs are 100% of the PRICE OF THE ARRANGEMENT
The client must send the cancellation in written form to the email: info@glamping-slo.si
Guest non-arrival (no show):
If the guest does not register on the day of arrival, the guest is charged after the official glamping registration time in accordance with the conditions of cancellation. 100% of the total cost of the reservation.
Extraordinary circumstances
In case of extraordinary circumstances such as illness, accident, death in the family and the like, extraordinary cancellation is possible in agreement with the host.
Payment deadline
The guest must confirm the received offer with key information and pay the amount of the deposit within 48 hours from having received the offer on the transaction account of Hamberger & co. d.n.o. The remaining amount is due upon arrival.
Upon payment, the guest will receive a booking confirmation guaranteeing a stay in Glamping with a view.
If we do not receive a transfer to the bank account within the specified period, we may consequently cancel the reservation.

Service
The basic service is bed and breakfast.
Arrivals
Arrivals are scheduled between 15:00 and 18:00 hours. For arrivals outside the specified hours, we kindly ask for a notification via e-mail.
Departures
Departures are scheduled between 8.00 and 10.00 hours. Departure outside the specified hours is possible in arrangement with the host.
Early departures
Glamping is not obliged to return the value of overnight stays to the guest / client. Any exceptions to the reason for early departure require approval from the company’s management.
